don't feel too bad about what's happened.
we're not going down without a fight.
and that fights going to be a hard one.

we'll still fight for what we think is right
what we think we can do
and what we think is best for the team.

but now what everyone can do, as an individual,
is really to LOVE THE TEAM.

we hope you feel that sense of belonging to the team
and want to train together.

even though we train separately now
do try to make the effort to talk each other
sec ones, talk among yourselves too.

we know we want to go back to RJ.
it'll be complicated.
but we'll see what we can do.

Competitions are FINALLY over!

On friday,
Samantha: gold
Wei ren: gold
Me: silver
Benjamin: bronze
And Wushu Inter-schools ended well with meh meh getting a bronze medal at about 7pm.
CONGRATS ALL SINOIANS! YOU ALL HAVE PUT UP A GREAT FIGHT!

This year was a more fruitful year. Collected a total of 2 bronze medals and 1 silver medal. Phew.

My events for National juniors are over too.
Triple jump: forth with a shit distance of 9.58m
Long jump: nineth cause me the noob could only clear 4.07m
80m hurdles: THIRD
Yay, that's my very first track medal in a national competition. Hopefully I can get into Wala. :/I want that Team Singpore track suit.

Oh yes, I LOVE YOU CHERYL for suggesting to pass me my track suit and WEILING for bringing my track suit all the way from the stand to the call room in the heavy downpour.

P.S I want to go to heaven so I should go hug a nun today! haha (private joke)

HADLIANS CHAMPIONS BEST OF THE BEST!

Sweeping 4 out of 6 grand trophies (best banner, C2 div champs, B div champs and overall sports fest champs), Hadley totally owned on Monday! I LOVE HADLEY plus I LOVE HADLEY HOUSE COMM 2007!

2 golds for my individual events and 2 silvers for my relays. I'm sorry Deanna, Hannah and Audrey, I caused you all to lose that gold. :'( I guess I won't run 4 by 400m next year. Raffles race gave me the only medal I brought home from sports fest. The rest were just pathetic ribbons which the strings came off and it gets all crumpled up when you put it in your pocket. See the difference between RI and us? They have to conduct semi-finals cause of overwhelming response but hey, we have straight finals. XD.

And then it was Tuesday. Some bluddy stupid thing happened and probably it'll change my life then and there. I don't want to talk about it anymore. Now I'll just have to wait "patiently" for the teachers' last statement. D-Day is just round the corner. Because of you...

Wednesday was rather uneventful till I went for training at Bishan stadium in the evening. I've been told that I am not ready for National Juniors. Oh wells. I guess I would have to shift my target to the upcoming Nationals. JIAYOU RGSTNF! WE CAN DO IT. "IT'S ABOUT WHO YOU ARE, IT'S ABOUT BELIEVING IN YOURSELF. "

YES! I can't believe my eyes! 11 people for triple jump! Top 8 goes into finals and woah, what a high chance. ~~But still, what can go wrong can go wrong.~~ Nono, no negative thoughts. Someone out there, smile when you see this, cause you know that I actually listen to you. XD.

4 April -- my only track training that week
7 April -- National Juniors triple jump
9 April -- Wushu 5 duan chang quan
11 April -- my only track training that week again
12 April -- Wushu 2nd International sword
13 April -- Wushu 4 duan qiang
14 April -- National Juniors long jump and hurdles

I need that energy to keep me going. Just that I seemed to lost it now. Sigh.

Friday.
I loved training at Bukit Gombak!

Hah my dear Jermaine, you didn't hit 5.1m so I don't have to go out with Syafiq. XD.

Damned triple jump! Even Mariel says "I can't believe you're threatened." CHERN HWEE, THIS IS SO NOT THE RIGHT TIME FOR YOU TO DROP! National juniors is just round the corner, I mean it's only just one more week away. Yes Cheryl, it really hurts when you can't do something you really love up to your expectations. ARGH, COME ON CHERN HWEE, YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT.

At least the later part of training sort of cheered me up. The Lebanon (yea, you know their country's at war so they're training over here in Singapore) national track team coach gave me some form of encouragement for my hurdles. YES!

Abs was probably the most enjoyable part of training. The high jump area was infested with earthworms. Unknowingly, Chew, Cheryl and Chern Hwee did our abs there and ended up squishing earthworms with our fingers. Apparently Cheryl said that the worm I squashed was bleeding. I'M SO SORRY EARTHWORM BUT I STILL HATE YOU. Earthworms are grossly soft.

Went to Bugis for dinner with Cheryl. Yum. Oh, after I bought my food and returned to the seat, I saw Cheryl staring out of the glass panel. Out of curiosity, I looked too, just to find out that she was only looking at the stall's advertisement. Thought what. Heh.

I was really thirsty after eating Jap food so I bought a can of QOO white grape. I poured most of it into the cup of ice and wasted the rest of it cause somehow, as I poured the drink into my mouth, everything just spilled all over my face.

Oh oh, we also saw some badges with really sick quotes on display. Due to my poor memory, I can only roughly remember the few sicker ones. "Women without nipples are pointless" "SHE Shit Happens Everyday" "nosey little fucker aren't you" "As you are reading this, my friend is picking your pocket" "Don't let a fool kiss you or get fooled by a kiss" yada yada...

GAWD, let me re live Friday!
