A cropped chrysanthemum flower for me to experiment with the type of colour combination. A close follow up with the colour wheel. The colours simply run through me. lols.
Moving on the acrylic painting after several weeks handling poster colours. One thing is that acrylic paint dries very fast and thus, you have to paint faster than the rate of drying up of the paint. That was really challenging. Nine small boxes was already enough to make me go nuts. But at least, I survived it and yay, I improved! The canvas painting below was a duplicate of nanyang style artist Liu Kang. His style was rather hard to copy.
Leave comments on the tagboard for me to consider improving on them! Thanks!
